** Once your order is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email/receipt from our online store team. Please present this on your phone or bring printed copy to present to our Indoor Zoo Experience admissions team for entry.
** Please arrive & check-in 15 min prior to your booked start time.
- Your admission to the Indoor Zoo Experience is included with your encounter purchase, for all paid guests participating in the encounter.

Indoor Zoo Experience Info
- This encounter will be you, and up to 3 other guests! (4-person capacity)
You are purchasing (1) slot out of a possible (4). $95/guest (includes Indoor Zoo Admission)
– Participants must be at least 3 years of age to be in the encounter space and participate.
– Participants under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult, supervising adult counts as a participant and requires purchase.
– Encounter will last 20 minutes!
- Encounters are performed indoors!
– Waivers to be read & signed with your keeper, prior to encounter start!
Minors require consenting guardian to sign on their behalf.
** Please note that there are no refunds or rescheduling of encounters for any reason **
** Encounter reservations are transferable to another party with notification to the park **
