Go Big & Tall in The Preserve Barn!
Rhino & Giraffe Meet & Feed!
Join our Southern white rhino, Tank, and giraffes Tajiri & Nyla in The Preserve barn for a fun and educational encounter with our largest residents! **The addition of Nyla to the encouter is expected after 11/16
Arrive at 3:45 pm in The Preserve Gift Shop (42 Pease Rd), to meet your keeper and fellow encounter guests! Enter the barn at 4:00 pm sharp!
First experience Tank the rhino! Learn many of the amazing facts about rhinos, within feet of our big guy! End this portion of the experience with an opportunity to give rhino scratches with Tank’s favorite brushes, and capture a great photo!
Then proceed to Tajiri & Nyla our giraffes – where you will learn about the planet’s tallest animals! Keeper’s will provide a fun and interactive experience, ending with you able to feed the giraffes!
Bring your camera to capture some amazing memories!
When purchasing, you are buying a (1) person slot in the group of (8) participants.
This is not a private encounter; it is YOU and (7) other paid guests.
** Once your order is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email/receipt from our online store team. Please present on your phone or bring printed receipt/confirmation with you to present to our keeper team in the Preserve Gift Shop when checking in.
Your admission to Jungle Bells at Animal Adventure Park, that evening, is included with your encounter purchase, for all paid guests participating in the encounter.
- Participants must be at least 6 years of age to participate. Participants under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult, supervising adult counts as a participant and requires purchase.
- Encounter will last approx. 30 minutes!
- Waivers to be read & signed with your keeper, prior to encounter start! Minors require consenting guardian to sign on their behalf.
